Practical and Relatable Advice for All Professionals
Although this book primarily targets technical sales professionals, I believe it can be helpful to a much broader audience. It offers practical insights into basic communication skills and techniques for overcoming challenges and managing stressful situations. My favorite chapter was the one on stress management and burnout, as it provides practical advises on handling these critical issues. I feel these topics deserve wider discussion, and I appreciate Evgeny for addressing them in his book.

Outstanding book and author. Great experience!
One of the best technical sales books I got to listen to lately. Evgeniy's knowledge and expertise in the technical sales domain is truly remarkable. The book provides a really good guidance on how to connect with your customers in an online setting and I was able to apply those principles with a great success in my day to day work. i highly recommended this book to everybody who is looking to grow and expand on their soft skills while being able to build on and utilize their in depth knowledge and technical skills.
