Many insights
This was a very interesting book! It really helped me understand how business leaders can both help and hinder their developers. I believe most hinder through simply not grasping the way a developer’s brain works and unintentionally restrict the creativity that could result in a better end product. Lots of insights for recruiting developers too. I will listen again, as there was detail in a few areas I want to concentrate more on, to deepen my grasp. Will definitely help me with my next IT request!
