Awesome

This book is programming your subconscious mind through hypnosis. If you are doing that for 21 days you can get there in 21 days! I find this tool just awesome! Plus the author really sounds like he speaks through experience. He sounds genuine.

Very shallow book about astral projection

If you reach the astral, it will not be with the content of this book. Very empty book. Doesn’t go into depth on any subject. Doesn't teach real techniques. One credit completely wasted. I have been astral projecting from 6 years of age. Nothing in this book is what I do.
