    Do you have a hard time following through? Do you struggle knowing what to make for dinner, wear to work, or making simple choices? You probably have decision fatigue and are carrying the "mental load" of motherhood. We can't ever fully get rid of this, because that is just life but we can greatly reduce our decision fatigue with some simple steps. Why do we need to do this? Because if we, as moms, don't do this- we become a shell of a human.
