Paige Crozon: Motherhood as an elite athlete

  • Résumé

  • Paige Crozon is a member of Canada’s powerhouse women’s 3X3 team, but her journey to the top wasn’t straightforward. After having her daughter, she discovered that some people and organizations were hesitant to take a chance on a single Mom. She took that experience in stride, maintaining her love for the sport and sharing it with others at the Living Skies Indigenous Basketball League. Today, her teammates and coach are integral members of her support system, and her daughter, Poppy, often joins them on the road to watch her Mom play, while Paige is an advocate for a sport system that supports parents and caregivers.
