116 | Four Areas of Holistic Healing Every Trauma Survivor Needs with Martin Pytela

  • Résumé

  • Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽

My guest today is Martin Pytela, a health coach who overcame serious health challenges to reclaim his well-being.

Martin embarked on an arduous yet enlightening path of self-discovery by immersing himself in a wealth of knowledge reading thousands of pages of literature and reports in pursuit of holistic healing.

In 2001, Martin traded his career as a management consultant for building a health coach business called Life Enthusiast and a superfood manufacturing business called Exsula.

Today Martin shares the four areas of disease and how trauma survivors can achieve holistic healing.
