I enjoyed the next chapter of this adventure although I will say the MC did seem more whiny due to greed and calling things unfair in a couple parts that gave me some dislike for the character this time around.
She wasn't completely insufferable but there was 2 or 3 parts that had me irritated due to this.
I enjoyed the other characters and world building again and the narration was good.
I'll be getting the next book.

As with the first book the publisher padded the time by adding a preview for another book at the end.. I don't like that and it lowers my overall rating. I also hoped there would be more story and less "stats", but sadly this book continues to be probably 30 percent stat block. I am interested, but might see if it's on kindle unlimited.

The inconsistencies from audiobook to kindle versions is one thing, still annoying btw, but the audio quality just plummets, there's noticeable heavy breathing mixed in, obvious retakes with lower quality mics and randomly shifting changes in character's voices. Audible desperately need to to hire more audio producers, and these voice actors need some voice coaches.
