Great story!

Really enjoyed the twisty storyline. Excellent narration by the author. It adds to the pacing of the book, like you are hearing how it played out in their mind. Sad when it was over.

great book!

would definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves Stephen King, a new favorite. Love kings narration as well.

I love this novel.

One of my favourite novels by Stephen King. Hope he never falls victim to the storylessness of Micheal Noonan.

Excellent book and narrator

I thoroughly enjoyed the way Mr King took us on an adventure with some nice twists and turns..!! A classic..!

Bag of Bones - Brilliant!!

I didn't want this to end!! I loved the narration (thanks Steve) and the music was awesome - added bonus with the interview too!! The best audible book I've listened to so far!

King read it the way he what's it to be read

This is one of my favorites! the first time I listened to it was years ago on cassette. I was a long haul driver and was so wrapped that I drove nearly 4 hrs past my regulated 10 before I noticed I was getting tired! As soon as it was over I flipped the first tape back in! Soooo thank you Audibles for still keeping me wrapped with this one!

A new favourite

Excellent story with surprises and mysteries, but this audiobook was set apart by the narration by the author. I’ll be honest that I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I quickly forgot it was the voice of Stephen King himself. Be sure to checkout the interview at the end of the epilogue.

Great story. Great production.

Once again I find a story by Stephen King that pulled me in immediately. There was a few nuances that seemed to go nowhere. Eg. “my dust collector.” This was mentioned a few times but went nowhere.

Other than a few items like this the story was solid. Very entertaining to the last word. One of the better performances by Stephen King reading his own book.

On a side note Mr. King does something here and in some of his other books that I have not realized form an other author. He teaches you to write, with little tidbits of technical information. If you are creative and like to write, you could do worse that to listen or read Stephen King novels. Whether you like this type of genre or not this man will teach you something about the craft.

I don’t know if he does it on purpose but he definitely teaches writing in his books at the same time as telling a gripping story.
