Barnabus Mupatch is a street urchin who grew up on the dirty back streets of the great medieval city of Waxminster. Daily life is a struggle for survival.
Both the City Watch and the criminal Deadhand gang have no time or sympathy for the children who live in the streets, so they are forced to fend for themselves.
