Great Narration and Excellent Content
I really enjoyed listening to this book. Poumpouras shares many relatable anecdotes as well as many that feel like something out of a spy movie. She treats her readers like intelligent beings and explains her rationales by giving enough detail but not overdoing it. The goal is to inform and educate the reader without frightening them. There are several usable tips for home and travel. Many are free and easy to implement. Besides being informative, I found the book entertaining and will be listening to it again as I implement some of the author's suggestions. Books it reminds me of: Gift of Fear by Gavin de Becker and Unthinkable: Who Survives When Disaster Strikes.

Amazing book
It was such a great book, Evy narrated it beautifully. Her advice for living in a scary world such as ours was very helpful. She's an amazing woman and I learned so much from her. If you need help getting tougher, being less nervous, or just great life advice, read this book!!

1st book I've read this year
Great book to read, although I might not agree with every point. Evy did a great job of writing it and delivering her point to the reader

Inspiring and Insightful!
Evy does an amazing job of sharing what she's learned in her journey through life so far. Listening to her book made me feel empowered every day, and helped me to set new goals for myself. 10/10, everyone should read or listen to this book!

So much value inside this Audiobook!
if, for some reason, you're not sure about the value you could get from a book written by an ex special agent that looks like a celebrity in your quick google search .
I recommend you to give YOU the opportunity to listen this Audiobook . Evy has so much to share and a magnetic storytelling.

Not a ‘tips & tricks’ book, a fundamentals book from someone who walks the walk
Good listen overall
The podcast-like interviews with the authors husband were often incongruent with the chapter- took away more than they added.
Great to hear evidence to back up different points, however association (burglaries occur during the day) is not causation (daytime causes burglaries).
The lessons learned were really interesting.

Excellent book, easy read/listen
