Beautifully written young adult series

I have owned this series for years and love these books so much that as soon as I found the audio book I had to get it … I will say that the male narrator voice is not what I imagined in my mind when I read the books and it almost pulled me out of the story but I did get past it so I wonder if I had listened first, would I feel the same. The female narrator voice was better but still not what I imagined… either way the narrators are good enough at what they do that I was able to continue on and enjoy these books in new way.
