À propos de cet audio
This audiobook is about things I’ve learned along the way to knowing my true nature as consciousness or the boundless. Some of the topics in the audiobook I learned through working with people as a psychotherapist. Clients would come in with concerns or questions, and we would grapple with them together. Out of this grappling would sometimes come a new understanding that would be helpful to both of us. Other subjects I have written about have come to me through insights I’ve had listening to teachers, or just being quiet on a retreat.
My journey has been a long interesting one, and still continues. I believe we keep evolving until we die, and beyond death. While I also see that everyone’s path or journey is unique to them; there are some understandings that have helped me on this journey; that may be helpful to others. My journey has involved some fairly dramatic experiences; please don’t for a moment think that these are necessary, they are not. This has just been what I needed to go through for my growth; each of us has our own process. There are as many paths on this journey as there are people on this planet. I am older and have a lot of life experience that has helped me grow. It took me a long time to deeply understand what I want to share through this writing. This seems to be somewhat unusual, based on the teachers I have read about. Most of them began teaching when they were much younger.
I think this may be helpful for some people to see that sometimes this journey takes a long time; that you can be older when all the pieces come together.
