À propos de cet audio
This book contains proven steps and strategies on how to effectively curb and control incidences of bullying either at school or at other venues.
The lessons and pointers contained herein couldn't have come at a more appropriate time, given the steady rise of cases of bullying. As it were, bullying is a menacing problem that has been proven to cause not only physical pain and short-term anxiety, but also lifelong consequences with adverse effects on one's mental and emotional growth. This problem is exacerbated by the increasingly troubling ubiquity of cyberbullying, where the same nasty bullying behavior is carried over to an entirely new platform - this time, the Internet. Given young people's predilection to go online as digital natives, it comes as no surprise that the World Wide Web becomes, by itself, an extension of their real world, one that is more insidious because of its inherently viral and damning nature.
It is therefore imperative for parents to take on a more proactive role in ensuring that their children are adequately protected from, or else aware of how to deal with, bullying. There should be systems in place to contain incidences of bullying before they morph into something worse, and these safeguards should naturally begin at home.
