Between this book and Long Distance Real
Estate Investing from David, I have been able to acquire and renovate 4 properties out of province. Each property has a good CoC return and earns me great cash flow. A must for anyone starting up. Thank you David.

Great for new investors and experienced ones!
I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for some time now and my wife and I own a few rental properties. I have to admit I wondered if this book would tell me anything I didn’t already know. I was very wrong. The practical suggestions and demonstrations of the superiority of systems will help anyone plug some leaky holes in their business. Thank you David Greene for this tactical book helping us to improve our business! I recommend this read to anyone interested in real estate.

Ground breaking
I absolutely loved this book because it opened my eyes to what is possible with real estate, but more importantly the strategy of Brrrr. I've listened to Bigger Pockets podcasts so I feel like I've gotten to know David Greene through that and couldn't have been more pleased with the book!

Solid choice for new and novice
this audiobook covers much of the essentials. I wish they'd have explored the pitfalls of BRRR more though. I appreciate explaining lessons learned, but it's almost dismissive of the problems. For some, these failures can cause big problems.
All in all though, it's a good segmentation of the process, the pointers and the explanations. It's also fairly easy to go back and check the various chapters for content you'd like to refresh yourself on.
Also, the problem with the audiobook is that tables and other diagrams are completely absent. I'd like a link in the book description to be able to see these things and follow along.
The only other content I'd like to see, would be Canadian relevant content about programs, incentives and laws, in much the same way Canadian content creators tend to speak broadly to Canadian and American audiences.
