Impossible to follow, poorly executed
References to examples in the PDF are inconsistent and hard to follow. If it's annoying not to have a description of what the code example that you can't see is going as well. It really looks like original book was reasonably well written and there is a need for books on programming languages we can listen to in our car but this was obviously created without having any one attempt to use it. The author mentions access to a PDF of 3rd edition but not mechanism is provided to get it.
