His best friend, Dakota the Dolphin, loved Carter's adventurous spirit. Dakota was sleek and playful, with a silvery-blue body and a laugh that echoed through the ocean. The two friends spent their days exploring the reef, discovering new sea creatures, and playing hide-and-seek among the coral.
