Amazing!

Amazing is the first word that comes to mind! This slow burn, emotional roller coaster is absolutely...amazing. There are moments that make you want to rip your hair out and moments that make you want to squeal with joy! Must read (or well, listen)!

Excellent!

Love love love this one! So very glad I went to the reviews section and trusted what was said. This one did not disappoint. I love the rollercoaster of emotions and the hurt and of course all the great stuff.

Bit drawn out

This was a good book, but the tension between the characters was more drawn out than I'd like. Also, I think the last twist with the crisis point made the book weaker rather than stronger. I prefer books where the characters learn to communicate better than these two did. Don't get me wrong, their constant teasing and sass was amusing and their sexual chemistry amazing and they were there for each other, but I prefer a book where I can buy into the HEA better and the lack of communication made that hard for me. Additionally, the narrator did the emotions well but I did not find her different voices distinguishable enough. Still a solid performance, though.

most excellent

this was such an excellent book, as usual from Elle Spencer, the two books i have read/listened to by her have been my favorites so far of all the books of anyone i have read, looking forward to more from her
