Wow, I did not know that 85% of seniors worldwide experience chronic pain. I remember my mom was complaining that she felt pain in her body. This is because she never exercises, which is what the body needs to keep our bones, strong and healthy. Seniors with mobility changes as our body ages and when I follow the guide, in this audiobook, I will keep my body strong. This book will be kept in handy when I get older, and I will recommend it to my friends. I like the narrator and story.
