À propos de cet audio
When Earth gets integrated into the vast expanse of a new multiverse, one young man is game to survive—it's in his blood—in this apocalyptic adventure.
Everyone becomes prey when Earth is swallowed up and transmuted to a bestial landscape, the first stage of induction into Elysium's multiverse and a new galaxy in the making. In the blink of any eye, the bloodthirsty creatures of Riven Thane's worst nightmares are unleashed as he; his sister, Allie; and his friend Jose scramble amid the carnage to live another hour.
But on this nothing of a planet, Riven is more special than he knows. He's among a select few with a singular bloodline, and the Elysium system has its eye on Riven in particular. He's already proven his unbeatable will to survive. Now, untapped powers can be his should he succeed at what the multiverse has in store for him.
World be damned, let the games begin: challenging trials of stamina, labyrinthine mazes, and mind-bending puzzles requiring sharp wit and quick thinking. Each consecutive win will bring Riven nearer to an unimaginable undertaking . . . a personalized tutorial in the dungeons of hell itself. And it's just the beginning—Riven is about to unlock the secrets of his past and learn more about his purpose and the dark arts than he ever imagined.
Whatever unholy chaos awaits him back home, he's ready. Because as close to death as he may be, Riven has never felt more alive.
The first volume of the hit LitRPG adventure series—with more than 900,000 views on Royal Road—now available on Kindle, Kindle Unlimited, and Audible!

Zane was driving home from work when the world changed. Thousands of dungeons spawned at once, taking up every inch of Earth—including the road he’s driving on. He wakes up to a totaled car and a broken leg, facing down a goblin trying to spear him through the guts. And that's just the start of it. But to Zane’s surprise, he finds himself enjoying this brutal new world. While others cower and hide, he goes on the hunt. He unlocks a unique Berserker skill—the more damage he takes, the stronger he gets.

Fight, survive, adapt, and rely only on yourself. That is Derek’s creed and what's got him through the System Integration on Earth. Everything changed when the System came. Cute bunnies and beautiful butterflies became savage killing machines. Then the Invaders arrived with a single goal: to obtain ownership of this new habitable planet. War has raged ever since. None of this mattered much to Derek, aside from making living a little more perilous.

If there's one thing dragons fear, it's a kraken. Even lowly hull-scrubber Zee Tarrow knows that. Like everyone on the island kingdom of Tosh, he grew up frightened by fables and horrible tales of the great beasts of the deep. It seems an odd thing to impress upon the children of the realm, because–luckily for the dragons and their riders–no one has seen a kraken in a thousand years.

In the blink of an eye, a wiki editor’s deep and somewhat unhealthy understanding of a game becomes useful, usable knowledge when he inexplicably replaces the once-cruel royal bastard. Before he can start to push his frail body to use his deep understanding of the lore to handle the imminent apocalypse, or go off to stop an invasion, there’s a more personal task he needs to handle first. His cousin has a knife in her hand, and death in her eyes.

Silas is inducted into the System, becoming the last in a long line of Earth's "forerunners." The rewards are great, but the danger is greater. We are not alone in the universe. The fate of five worlds hangs on how their forerunners perform. Will Silas have what it takes to win Earth a place in the multiverse? Or will Earth become another mining world stripped of all resources and left a barren husk floating in the cosmos?

Histoire
When the cultivators came to Earth, they destroyed our entire civilization in a matter of hours. Armies fell, cities burned, and that was before the moon turned red and filled our world with monsters. Now, over a decade later, what's left of humanity slaves under the heels of our Qi-infused masters. The luckiest of us might even become one of them, they say—if we serve the Dynasty well enough and harness the power of Qi. But I want none of that. I'm sick of serving, and I want nothing to do with their world. Instead, I want them to pay for what they did to mine.

I hate the spider
Positives first. The story is competently written in that I didn't notice weird grammatical choices or run on sentences. The magic system being based of affinity pillars works fine. And the narration is pretty good with male voices, and the editing is solid. The narrator definitely excels with the deeper monster voices. I really liked the Dungeon avatar's voice.
I hate Athela so much. The way she is written, and the way she is portrayed. She's written like a murder hobo loser whose constant talk of murder and the like comes off as cringy insecurity. The voice the narrator uses for most of the female characters including Athela, is I think a falsetto whisper yell. And it sounds awful. Mixed with her bad dialogue I struggled to bear through those portions.
The skyrim reference pissed me off in how shit it was and the fact it was delivered by the narrator's female voice made it much worse.
I don't care about any of the characters. I finished the book and I do not care about MC or Athela, and no one else has any decent amount of characterization. My favorite character was black dude who was in the book for so little time I don't remember his name. He was just the most decent person.
MC and Spider swear too much. Again it's not edgy and cool, its cringe.
General inconsistency. MC is an atheist and has been his whole life. Ok, why is he thanking God whenever he gets lucky in a hairy spot? MC reads a few books that are presumably written by individuals not of Earth. Why does the profecy book refer to goat fucking? Why would goats be a multi-planetary constant to the point of profecy author referring to them ever?
There's an amount of violence against women in this book that is frankly gross. There's just an uncomfortable of references to rape and scenes of women being brutalized.
