the universe engendered the most serendipitous meeting ever when Jim and James shook on this one! A great story, and no one could do a better interpretation.

That scene...
You know what's awkward - getting teary-eyed while at work and your co-workers wondering what's wrong. That scene broke my heart... James Marsters is such a wonderful narrator for this great series! Another amazing book in the series 📖 ❤️

Thoroughly stunned
Ok. I have close to a hundred titles in my audio library and this book may actually be my favourite of them all. It’s everything that’s good about The Dresden Files but more, and better, than all the other books. This book made laughed, cried and pretty much everything in-between. Considering James Marsters is a the very top of his game I just cannot recommend this book enough.

Best Dresden Files book Ever
I absolutely loved this book. It made me laugh, it made me cry.....but mostly cry. I recommend this book to all nerds & fantasy buffs. I don't necessarily like fantasy as a genre but this series is such a cut above it almost has its own genre!!!

read all of this amazing series
this one's a heartwrencher and a game-changer for the rest of the series you thought you had your feels or your anger before with Harry Dresden you thought the world was complicated enough for him gosh darn this is the turning point book of changes for sure!
