Too many recipes not enough plot
I usually like these books but this one was a disappointment. They plot was very weak ...there was just enough there to fill in the gaps between the many recipes. Cut down on the recipes and add plot, please.

Entirely irrelevant placeholder novel?
Unfortunately, many of the chronological timelines are wrong in this book. My recommendation? Skip this title and move onto the next one. You’re not missing anything relevant.
Narration was fantastic, as always, but this is definitely a miss for me.

Wasted a credit
Maybe mention this is outside the chronological series order in the description. I wouldn't have wasted my credit on this abysmal title. If I hadn't spent all my credits on the series I wouldn't keep going. Hallmark saved this series, and Joanne Fluke would be irrelevant - book series canceled years ago otherwise.

MIKE ONLY COMES IN AT THE END OF THE 1ST BOOOK
The series is great besides the recipes but MIKE ISNT IN THE SERIES BEFORE THE END OF THE 1ST BOOK!! I’m sorry to say you screwed up
(Edit: bruuuuuh there are so fricking many mistakes I swear to god this is one of the most annoying listens :(

boring
stopped the book before chapter 4. could not connect with the characters and still had no plot line as yet. very disappointing
