Years ago, the mansion was a loving family home. Until tragedy struck on Christmas and drove them all mad.
Heather is shocked to get the mansion so cheap. Now she's about to find out why. The noises, the smell, the rats...is it really rats or something more sinister? And why is Eric, her boyfriend, getting close to a breakdown?
