À propos de cet audio
Welcome back to Willoughby Close, with four new residents and happy endings to deliver....
Belinda "Lindy" Jamison has moved to the Cotswolds for a fresh start and to open a dancing school - her lifelong dream. Pushing 40 and still looking for Mr. Right, Lindy is determined to no longer wait for happiness but to reach for it with both hands. So she packs up her life and heads south to Wychwood-on-Lea to start up her school.
Soon Lindy has a motley crew of would-be dancers. But her most intriguing pupil is Roger Wentworth, a 40-something bachelor with a shy and awkward manner, but a heart of blazing gold. When Lindy decides to showcase her pupils in a Christmas show, Roger is deeply reluctant but finally agrees. Lindy longs to bring Roger out of his shell - but she didn’t expect to fall in love with him in the process.
Soon it is Roger teaching her how two lonely hearts might be able to embrace a second chance this Christmas...if they can just believe they’re both worthy of love.

Excellent and Different Plot Line!
I would nominate this as one of my top all time Christmas stories.. the use of a main character who suspects he is on the 'spectrum' and the writing certainly supports that assumption well!
I have a son on the spectrum and this is so well written!
Shows that all people have a need to be loved and sometimes it just takes that certain special someone to love them and be able to just 'be' with them that can make the difference!
The narration does nothing to distract from the story and actually enhances it greatly with the narrator seeming to understand the stilted language of those like the main male character!
Well done!!!

I really enjoyed this audiobook!
This is far from my usual fare but I really enjoyed this audiobook. First, I adore Justine Eyre's voice and reading style, and second, because it's completely nothing like the stereotype I expected it to be. I'm glad I paid attention to the readers' reviews instead of the publisher's descriptions.

Oddly narrated
It’s odd that that narrator, voices the characters in one voice (in this case english), but the ‘private thoughts’ of each character in her american voice. I think the inner voice should remain in character… especially in an British-settling. It didn’t fit
