Great book, will be re-listening this one!

This book helped me build a better understanding of TMS (tension myocytis syndrome). I have listened to all of Dr. John Sarno's audiobooks, and I was able to grasp the concepts further through Georgie's explanations and examples.

Georgie is a physiotherapist (most other TMS authors I've come across are physicans) so I found it really interesting to hear how she went from being a traditional physiotherapist to joining the TMS movement and her work with Dr. Sarno.

She has a chapter dedicated to the literature and research to date, which I found very helpful.

If you are looking for practical tips, Georgie has provided a range of self-directed excercises. She also talks through best practices around effective journaling, which influenced me to change up my approach to journaling.

Georgie provides many many diverse stories of success and speaks to how she overcame TMS herself.
