Instant FUN
This book was so freaking good! Magic, ancient curses, assassination plots, and adorable banter this one has it all. The first in a series of interconnected standalone stories Cold Hearted follows an assassin princess Dawn and her unexpected jailer. Dawn navigates an unknown world in search of a black heart to break the curse on her lands but she gets more than she bargained for. The characters are amazing and the audiobook production was excellent. Did mention it’s closed door?! Perfection!

Excellent book. Wish there was another.
Excellent book. Wish there was another.
The write up says this is a standalone book. So I listen to it knowing that they don’t have the second or the third or the fourth Book. Well unfortunately it has a incredible cliffhanger and you really do need book 2. 3 and 4.
This should be a series that audibles picks up. I enjoyed this book immensely and would’ve love to have a book 2.
This series is not finished yet, and I’m not sure audibles will get the next set of books. If you don’t mind a cliffhanger and probably will never know the ending of this series get this book otherwise just pass over this.
