World of Beasts, Book 1

As the boy was filled with despair over his unfortunate situation, a life changing event occurred which would forever leave a scar in his mind, pushing him to transcend his limits and grow to become a legend.

I have high expectations of Book 3
The first book is rather repetitive, but by the end of the second book I can tell that the story has improved quite a bit in its telling and had captured my interest. If you like Cultivation/wuxia books, then I doubt the repetitiveness of the first book will bother you much (most Cultivation books are guilty of this). By the end of the second book, the story definitely carves out an MC with unique and interesting powers (and Mysteries that surround him). Furthermore, we as the reader know more than the MC himself knows, and from the looks if it, the MC is on a collision course with some very interesting story beats. This could lead to some radical character progression and multiply the complexity of the story and characters many times over.
Lastly, I saw someone left a review calling the MC homophobic--this is false. I cant get into it too much for risk of spoilers, but although the MC is straight, he has never done or condoned anything homophobic, nore does he allow that to color how he treats other characters.

Meh... This series really needs work.
Abyssinian Butler couldn't be more right (Reviewed the 1st book on May 4, 2020).
It’s a good plot and that's the only reason I'm tempted to buy the second Publisher's Pack.
There's so much repetition it's simply annoying.
I've never heard "once more" so many times in so little time, and that's only an example.
Scott Merriman really did a good job in getting the story interesting.
The reviews are clearly overrated.
It's a very repetive book that could have been much shorter and better with a native English speaker editing.
