lots of fun to listen to

this book was extremely fun to listen to, even though it doesn't go too deep into the world it's still very fascinating. a nice little stand-alone book with an interesting protagonist as well as very fun Side characters

Cute story

Narration was fantastic, story was entertaining and the romance was sweet. A good twist on a Regency romance.

Bridgerton meets dragons. Nice listen.

Generally, I am not a fan of 'regency' style stories. I decided to give this one a try and was hooked almost immediately.
The narrator was pleasant to listen to and did a very good job distinguishing voices and emoting feelings.
There's no explicit sex scenes and the romance between Rilvor and Jason is a sweet slow burn.
The story itself is low angst, light with an HEA.

Recommended.
