As good as book 1 was this books follow up did not reach the same standard. it seemed very short in length very similar to other books I have read dealing with Hades and Persephone. changed how she was perceived, where her powers were from but in some aspects didn't make sense compared to the other varieties/versions. unfortunately i was not impressed by the length and at time found it hard to follow. She was glowing then she wasn't, she had immense power but then almost died, required help by death god yet he cowered to her strength. very wishy washy!
