À propos de cet audio
Despite the familiar limitations many User Experience teams face—budget and time constraints, lack of formal authority—UX practitioners are uniquely poised to provide strategic value to product organizations.
This case study describes how we developed “Creative Bursts” to prove that our organization could look to its UX team for innovation leadership.
The program shifted and evolved during its lifespan, but our flexibility and responsiveness to team input allowed us to adapt and keep the team engaged, and thus keep the ideas flowing.
Learn the pieces that worked well and what we let go, along with our key takeaways and lessons. Our iterations will give UX professionals a variety of ideas they can try within their own organizations.
Also learn about the three key building blocks of innovation programs anyone can use to translate good ideas into potential product strategy—problem identification, solution design, and opportunity visibility—whether you choose to follow our approach or to restructure them into an entirely different program.
