Book 1 OK, then downhill from there
Book 1 had something to offer - although narration left much to be desired - as it made a strong case for developing success habits. Then, there was book 2. And when I thought that I had heard enough superficial gooey claptrap, there was book 3 about "mental toughness". Sorry, I wasn't mentally strong enough to get through it. I can withstand a couple of waves of superficial unsubstantiated cheap nonsense, but not a tsunami of it.
My advice? Read Baumaster and Tierney to, at least, get a substantiated foundation to start with. Read the old Stoics. At least, in those days, they made the effort of learning and thinking about life before teaching others.
