GREAT STORY AND PERFORMANCE!
Honestly, I loved the story...but there’s just some narrators that make them BETTER. Brogan and Poppy are a winning team!!

Didn't love it
I can't say I hated this book, but I didn't love it either. The story was okay and the world the author created was interesting, but there were instances where the characters behaviour seemed really inconsistent to me. I don't want to give any specifics away, but there was times when the heroine went from a strong and smart survivor to TSTL and an utter doormat. And her brother? He went from regretful and protective toward his sister to being an impatient, uncaring and cruel jackass. Of course, it did not help that I did not like the narration. I hate to criticize the sound of someones voice- its not like that is something that can be helped or really changed of course, but IMHO the narrators male voices (specifically)sounded awful. A voice with her pitch just isn't capable of sounding deep or masculine. I could go on listing complaints, but I won't. Suffice it to say this book was not a favourite and isn't something I plan to keep in my library.
