À propos de cet audio
Detective Superintendent Roy Grace is caught up in the murky world of human trafficking in Dead Tomorrow, by award winning crime writer Peter James.
The body of a missing boy is dredged from the seabed off the Sussex coast, missing vital organs. Soon after, two more bodies are found . . .
A teenager in Brighton will die if she does not receive an urgent transplant. When the health system threatens to let her down her mother takes drastic action and goes to an online broker in black-market organs. The broker can provide what she wants, but it will come at a price.
As Roy Grace investigates the recovered bodies, he unearths a gang of child traffickers operating from Eastern Europe. Soon Grace and his team will find themselves in a race against time to save the life of a young street kid, while a desperate mother will stop at nothing to save her daughter's life . . .
Although the Roy Grace novels can be listened to in any order, Dead Tomorrow is the fifth thrilling title in the bestselling series. Enjoy more of the Brighton detective’s investigations with Dead Like You and Dead Man's Grip.
Now a major ITV series, Grace, starring John Simm.

This author is full out misogynistic
I rarely write negative reviews on books but I just couldn’t handle this anymore! I thought that this would be a great new series to which I could listen, But I got so frustrated listening to the books that I just had to throw in the towel. There were many reasons but here are my top ones:
1. I have no idea why the author makes all of his male characters sexist jerks. Why is every woman’s character described by her looks and how sexy she is (or is not) and why does each male that meets a woman in this book, think about having sex with her (including their boss???).
2. The fact that Roy knows what a racist, sexist cop that Norman is, but he only « talks » to him and doesn’t fire him for his disgusting comments, is insane.
3 I’m so tired of Glen whining about his breakup when it is clear that his wife is a total b*tch to him.
4. There are so many story lines in theses books which would normally be fine IMHO but almost every one of the story lines is depressing, from 13 year olds getting raped to people in financial hardship and Sandy showing up in different places just when Roy is getting his life together, it’s just hard to look forward to anything knowing that things won’t even get better for these people.
So yeah, I’m done and kinda wish that I had stopped before even this one.
