Lacking...
Honestly didn't get the point. So many avenues opened with so many characters and no proper closure truly with any of them. Don't understand the hype

Absolutely brilliant and beautiful
Just so excellent. So realistic in its settings yet so beautiful in its capture of people. Excellent narrative perspective and style and perfectly read. Highly recommend!

Compassionate story
Well written fictional story dealing with grief that at sometime we will all experience one way of another. I enjoyed the growth of Edward in every aspect. The narrator Cassandra has a wonderful and easy voice to listen to.

Couldn’t stop listening
Such a fabulously written story, full of emotion and vivid imagery. I was completely engaged from start to finish. The narrator is a gifted orator who did a wonderful job of giving life as she portrayed each character. I thoroughly enjoyed this novel and would highly recommend it.

A reminder that grief and pain are very personal
An unimaginable tragedy for so many as we follow Edward's story. For all of the people going through that grief while still dealing with their daily lives and struggles. Grief makes us do crazy things in order to feel connected to those we lost (write letters to strangers and tell them to learn how to play the violin). And that journey never really ends. Beautifully and respectfully told story.
