My First Lauren Blaklely - So Good!
So this is my first full length Lauren Blakely romance and I am now spoiled. I love the back and forth performance (where the 2 main narrators read their own parts in each chapter) and I really enjoyed the story. I appreciate that the author writes her male characters with emotions and describes their side of the romance too, which I don’t always find in romance novels - they often only focus on the female characters feelings. Just enough well described bedrooms scenes and lots of banter.
I have since discovered that this style of narration is not common and hope that they continue to do these style. Traditional narration, even duets, just don’t measure up.
You wont be disappointed :)
