À propos de cet audio
Fight for your death.
When regular high schooler Grady Hake is mistakenly taken by the Angel of Death, he thinks his life is over. Then, he wakes up on a prison shuttle bound for Van Diemann’s Planet, a penal colony run by brutal gangs of criminal cultivators.
This is his life now, and if he wants to survive it, he’ll have to learn to harness his unique death spirit, make friends with alien outcasts, appease a band of hungry ghosts, and fight his way into one of the strongest gangs on the planet.
From Eden Hudson, best-selling author of Rogue Dungeon and Path of the Thunderbird, comes a brand-new series you won't want to stop listening to. Death Cultivator is a sci-fi wuxia for fans of Shonen manga and anime such as Hunter x Hunter, One Piece, and Deadman Wonderland.

Decent start, always love Travis!
The story is great thus far! The main characters are likeable and have a unique chemistry that feels natural if not a little awkward at times.
This has the potential to be a great story, I’ll try and leave a review for the second book as well once I get to it.
My only complaints are how weak the romance is, I think I get what the author was going for, but I don’t personally think it quite nails anything romantically and it just feels slightly creepy in a consensual way.
Second, is how often sweaty pits and BO are brought up. I get that he had a traumatic experience that makes him overthink it but I just don’t get why it’s in the plot at all, as it didn’t really add anything whatsoever to the story despite how often the subject comes up.
Despite those few grievances, it’s still a fantastic time and I’d recommend picking it up if not just for a fun anime-esque experience, but especially because Travis Baldree is narrating.
