I found this course informative and interesting. I enjoy the examples she uses and the way she describes all the concepts and science behind procrastination. A bit dry but worth listening.

There were a few key principles that really opened my eyes and added value in my overcoming procrastination, not to mention she had a warm, enjoyable voice to listen to while still having done a bunch of scientific studies to come up with their research making it a great balance!

You will not find many suggestions on how to overcome it not with the practical examples and suggestions and strategies. here you go: first feature your future your self, manage stress and overcome it, do it now, break difficult tasks into smaller manageable ones. boom, i just saved you 3hours. listhen the first and the last three chapters

This book is great for anyone. Business owner, employee, teenager, college student, retiree, etc. Everyone procrastinates once in a while and this book dives into why we do it and ways to prevent it. I definitely will come back to this book time and time again. I highly recommend it and as it’s short you can get through it without much effort or time on your part.
