À propos de cet audio
Read before use: There were plenty of snags, trips, and falls during my recovery from addiction. Some were necessary, many were not. I was misdirected plenty - by industry, and myself - and seemed ever-lost in a maze of unsatisfactory dead ends. While I respect and appreciate the learning process of my struggle, it sure would have been nice to know a few things that could have made the transition from fading out of existence to living clean much less painful and confusing.
This audiobook describes the most difficult concepts I encountered during the early stages of recovery from my addiction and what I would say if I could travel back in time and give my past self some guidance and tips for trudging the terrains of early sobriety.
Warning: With greater knowledge and understanding comes greater responsibility. After completion of this audiobook, the luxury of victimhood will be stripped. This cannot be undone. The allegorical game ball will be in your hands, and it will be up to you to decide whether to toss it away or charge the goal.
