A few years ago, I began to see the world from a fresh perspective. The impetus for this change was a decision to follow my heart and apply free will. This process of growth has imbued my life with greater purpose and joy, although changing my beliefs has not been without difficulty. In these readings, I share the central conclusions arrived at along the way. The following contemplations are divided into three parts which relate roughly to the sequence my progress followed.

Lifting the Veil describes the awakening that accompanies learning that realities in our world are not always what they first appear. This emergence is initially painful, as the foundation for our worldviews becomes challenged. Acceptance of our inner convictions may require us to step outside culturally accepted norms and the collective support they provide.

Seeking the Truth is a more continual process, since information is always changing and as we develop inwardly, so do our interpretations. Truths and falsehoods are not always clearly defined, and navigating information can be daunting in the face of persuasive tactics. Fortunately, we can cultivate our inherent wisdom and expand our consciousness to assist in finding our resonant treasures of truth.

Shining the Light, finally, is where we realize our goodness and power, understand our independent significance, and sense our connection with all. This knowing provides the desire to cultivate our gifts, share our blessings, and be stirred by those doing the same. I believe that amidst current turmoil the strength of uplifting light is growing in response. This is where we tune into our souls, direct our thoughts, and conscientiously co-create a beautiful world.
