À propos de cet audio
Val had returned from his latest tour of duty scarred in body and soul. Barely able to walk and drugged to the gills for pain, he thought his killing days were finally behind him. He couldn't have been more wrong.
Endless Online, a hyper futuristic game where players could truly live another life...
Val loved the idea of starting over in virtual reality. But when someone he cares about turns up missing after chasing that same dream, Val quickly learns that Endless is no simple game.
And if Val can't figure out the dark secrets behind this realm of wizards, warriors, and intergalactic conquest, then it's game over. For everyone...

A nice change from the average Lit RPG
not the average lit RPG but it was surprisingly good. there's a lot more character development than game aspects but sometimes in RPG books there's just like too much statuses and stuff I really enjoyed this one it was a nice change.

Story drags
Good concept, good characters, but the dialogue and descriptions are very repetitive and overly dramatic. Feels like a greasy way to make your story longer.

This series has potential, but...
First off the concept to this story is very interesting what little story there is, that is the only reason why I finished this book, I will give number two a shot and see if gets better.
The narration of this book is decent, the MC is just okay, the world building/character development is decent when the author is actually writing about the main plot, which isn’t often in this book.
The problem is the author thinks its a great idea to keep letting us know the MC is very emotional with demons from his past, that in itself isn’t bad, the fact that the author felt it necessary to have 8+ hours worth of MC cringy self reflection, to the point that it breaks the story. The worst one has to be the chapter 12, almost an hour of the MC reliving his lost love story from when he was a young teen, yep that's right a pretty girl asks the MC what’s wrong, and Mr supposed to be badass but young teen brooding MC just lays it all out to a pretty girl who seems just as emotionally challenged as the MC. The next book has gotta be a homerun for me not to return this book and book 2.
Edit: Update.
Ya so I got about half way through the next book and its only slightly better than this book, I just cant do it anymore, there are far better books to invest your time and money on.

A Decent Book
There's some pros and cons to this book. The idea and world is really well made, the MCs pov and feelings are made clear. The only thing that interrupted the immersion was the abrupt changes in flashbacks... And sometimes long winded overtly fluffy descriptions that take away from what's happening in the moment. I guess there's a tempo to story telling and the story misses several times, which ends up losing sight of the current situation or event. I love the voice acting here, to a point that annoying characters are actually really annoying with their whining. I think the female and male voice actors did a good job.
