It is something that i can use definitely and much better presented then in the Chinese books by Chinese authors. However the pdf were not clear and just too clumsy to follow/listen to what to do and correlate with such fuzzy pdf...It is unfortunate to use audio when it's a focus on using the acupressure/meridians/chakras. I believe there is a video available as the author mentioned in the book. It is like giving a massage course without seeing it done.

Great manual for every day living

You really need a partner for any of the activities that is mentioned in her books and in her videos. She tells you that you don't but this is not true. you also need to have a good foundation and backgrounds to know what she's talking about. Or you need to study it to have a good solid understanding of it. You will pick up a lot from this book but the really needs to be visuals for you to follow. I would recommend following along with a hard copy book and reading it slowly. I would not recommend having this book as an audible because it's just too difficult to follow along.

I enjoyed this beautiful audio book. It is filled with information about author’s work and experience, for those who are into energy healing, this book would be a wonderful addition.
