Connect with oneness
This book illustrates how we are all one & can be influenced posotively or negatively by others. I love the honesty of how Denise writes giving practical ways we can cut cords & protect ourselves. I want to purchase stacks of this book to hand out to various people. I've already recommended it to 5 people.

Mind Blowing
I really loved this book. The concepts of cord attachment to events/memories/points in time as well as the over importance placed on protection really resonated with me.
A great listen for both beginning/novice/intermediate energy workers to begin or refresh their understanding on the topic of energy attachment.
I will be listening to this at least once more all through and specific chapters will be repeated.. I am so glad I chose this book at this time in my life.

Excellent learning material!
I found some of her reference stories to be a bit difficult to resonate with, but overall an excellent "read"! The first couple chapters were hard to get through but once over the "hump", it was hard to not listen!
