Important topic covered by a lot of water

I had hard time to finish listening this book. A lot of water cover very important topic. It was very difficult for me to keep attention as the author added too much of stories to which I could not connect. I felt like the target audience is a women, which is fine, but should be clearly stated.
You will find a good information, but prepare to dig hard. And “no name” chapters make the task even harder.
