Like listening to someone read their chore list
One. This book is has lists. Two. Every item has a number in the list. Three. They read these long lists to you without mercy. Four. You start to wonder why it needs so many lists. Five. Why did someone think that these lists would be enjoyable to listen to? Six. I quickly grew tired of listening to lists. Seven. I did not learn anything new from these lists. 😝
TLDR: The reader (Carolyn) is terrific but the author's (Ann) message "Just do it!" is formatted in a tedious meandering fashion, It may be a terrific reference book but it's not well suited for audible. (The audio also refers to diagrams you cannot see.)
