Professor Solomon Hailu
À propos de cet audio
Professor Hailu brings fresh, new insights into the operation of the spiritual gifts as found in 1 Corinthians 12:1-11 from his ministerial experiences. He tells how he was baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1993 and started experiencing what can only be termed "explosive" manifestations of the spiritual gifts shortly thereafter. He takes the position that every Christian is granted one or more gifts upon being born again, but only fully unwraps those gifts upon receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit. He emphasizes the importance of developing a personal relationship with and dependence on the Holy Spirit in order to exhibit the power-filled life that Jesus Christ had in his earthly ministry.
As both an academic and a religious leader, Professor Hailu presents this work as an important contribution to the theological dialogue on this important theme. It is simply written so that the layperson as well as the theologian can rejoice with this man whom God has raised up to minister to the present generation.
