Good solid advice, no gimmicks

This book contains good solid advice for those seeking to lose weight. It is free from the standard bullshit and useless buzz words.

If you prefer more science, his first book goes further in depth into the concepts he talks about in this book. I much preferred his first book and highly recommend that one. His first book completely upended many of the things i thought i knew about food because I had been letting biased "experts" who found one thing that worked for *them* convince me that calories don't matter.

True to Ben's no bull shit style

An excellent follow up to his first book "Everything Fat Loss", these two books are a powerhouse combo of understandable science, actionable habits, and tools to add to your health and wellness journey. Personally I like having the print copy to fill with tabs, notes and highlights and using the audio book to listen while following along in the book, or listening while travelling or doing chores to reenforce the knowledge and habits. This is a close as you can get to having Ben as your personal trainer when you're not close enough to hire him directly!

Excellent and practical

After having waded through his first book of incredible value and detail, I’m confident I can refer this one (or just some chapters) to those who are trapped in the dieting cycle. He makes great, informed points and demystified all the diets and effort that really result in fat loss and healthy choices. Really enjoyed it! Thank you for all you do Ben!
