Journaling 101

Although this was a thoughtful journal and hopefully therapeutic for the author, it was not helpful for the reader. The title is misleading as there is no information about fat loss specifically for women over 50. The disclaimer that the author can’t share her plan as it was created by her trainer left the reader wanting to speak or hear from the trainer. A journal at best, but not helpful if you’re looking for data driven evidence based advice.
