A must read for everyone

As a man this book was eye-opening.

There are some very hard truths spelled out in this book.

The "Real men" community, and the so called "Boys will be boys" excuses it propagates needs to end.

This book shows the effects, of that patriarchy society, and how it victimizes the people we love the most.

And it could save the life of someone you love.

The no nonsense self-defense techniques dissused are easy to follow, and practical

I look forward to her next book
