Serena Akeroyd's world of the Irish mob in NYC is exquisitely painted in Filthy Rich. Where else can you find an Irish mobster being forced to marry a Russian Bratva princess to strengthen the ties between two dynamic families?

Eoghan, the youngest O'Donnelly brother, hates the idea of marriage and has put off meeting his bride for the last two years. Inessa was engaged to him when she was just sweet sixteen. Now, on her eighteenth birthday, she's walking down the aisle to marry him. Nevermind that both of them had to be forced into holy matrimony by heavy handed fathers. Eoghan soon changes his mind after the vows have been exchanged and he learns that his young bride isn't what he expected. She has a spine of steel and he's just the man to teach her how to navigate the life they will forge together. Eoghan wants to be the one to show her how a Five Point man treats his woman and Inessa finds she doesn't mind him taking her in hand at all.

This is an age gap romance that is swoon worthy. Serena Akeroyd has created a world in Hell's Kitchen, NYC where I want to live, as long as I can find my own Five Point man to keep for myself.
