Incredibly powerful tools explained in a easy to action style
I love this book! Allison’s style of taking large concepts and filtering only the necessary pieces into bite size, actionable steps is world/class. This is a must-read for anyone that would like to take action in their lives and has no idea where to begin.
I’m especially a big fan of her chapter 15 on recovery. Many of us are caught up in the go, go, go masculine and her tips on down regulation are absolute gold. I also love the recap and action steps following all of the practices she’s explaining. That helps the integration process exponentially.
Keep going, Allison. I’m excited to see what is next for you!
