Getting Back on Track
The timing of this book release was perfect for me and just what I needed to help get back on track. Pedram has a way of breaking things into bite-size pieces and with the accompanying exercises included, it serves as a guide to dig deep, be honest, and ultimately put it all together to re-focus on what is important...for YOU and how to create the habits to get there.
Depending on how your life has been changed by the current pandemic and whether, like most, it has thrown you off your game, this book and working through the exercises, should help you to pivot, gain perspective and hopefully, like me, get YOU focused and back on track with your life's journey.
